The proposal involves repurposing and expanding the existing industrial facility into a fulfillment centre serving the food manufacturing sector. The upgraded building will support repackaging, ready-made food preparation, warehousing, and automated packaging and labelling for wholesale distribution with just-in-time delivery. Additions of 529.35 m² at the front and 578.70 m² at the rear will bring the total gross floor area to 4,078.88 m² (43,905 ft²) with a net floor area of 3,133.64 m² (33,730 ft²). Site access will operate as a counter-clockwise loop with ingress from Hood Road and egress to Alden Road, supported by 49 parking spaces and five rear loading bays.
