The proposed development consists of two modern industrial buildings designed to address the increasing demand for high-quality industrial space within the area. Building A, the larger of the two, will provide a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 170,650 square feet (15,854 square meters), offering extensive accommodation for large-scale operations, warehousing, or manufacturing activities. Building B will complement this with a GFA of approximately 161,535 square feet (15,007 square meters), providing additional space suitable for a wide range of industrial uses.
