The proposed development involves constructing a new four-storey Place of Religious Assembly with integrated Community Uses, featuring a total Gross Floor Area of 13,146.52 square meters. The facility will include a prayer room, multi-purpose hall, private school, and spaces for funeral services. Following completion, the existing dome will be repurposed as a multi-purpose hall. To support all uses, 406 parking spaces are planned. Vehicular access will be maintained via the existing two entrances on Odyssey Drive, preserving the established one-way, clockwise circulation pattern within the site.
