The proposed development will feature a new elementary school and childcare facility. The project includes 40 classrooms serving Kindergarten to Grade 8 students, with an anticipated enrollment of 570, and 2 childcare classrooms accommodating up to 48 children. The building will have a total gross floor area of 6,047 square meters and provide 98 designated parking spaces. Access will be managed through four vehicular entrances: a revised one-way loop from York Downs Boulevard serving 88 parking spaces and pick-up/drop-off areas, two one-way entrances to facilitate school bus circulation, and a full-movement entrance from Harvey Bunker Crescent dedicated to daycare users. This access and circulation plan is designed to optimize traffic flow and operational efficiency during peak periods.
