The proposed development involves the demolition of the existing single detached residential dwelling and the construction of two stacked townhouse buildings, one with seven storeys and the other with eight storeys, for a total of 98 residential units. The project includes two levels of underground parking accommodating 123 spaces, consisting of 108 tenant spaces and 15 visitor spaces. A designated pick-up/drop-off area is also proposed at the main entrance on the ground floor to support short-term access. Vehicular access to the site will be provided through a full-movement entrance from Sixth Line, aligned with Kaitting Trail.
