The proposed development involves the demolition of the existing greenhouse garden centre and the redevelopment of the subject lands to provide 84 residential townhouse units. Each unit will be provided with a minimum of two parking spaces, which will include a garage and a lead-in driveway portion. In addition to the residential parking, a total of 26 visitor parking spaces, including four accessible spaces, are proposed on site. Vehicular access will be facilitated by a full-movement entrance from Ontario Street. Furthermore, provision is made to maintain a potential future north-south municipal road connection to Raglan Street, located at the northwest corner of the property.
